You may have read this sentence a few times before you arrived here. Surely not all import companies can be the cheapest and the best. What about personalised service? How about a one to one service with someone who just really likes Japanese cars, where you just pay for the car, not the mortgage on a big car lot and all the staff and the owners wife's jewellery.
16's 17's 18s was set up to provide an honest straight forward service for supplying Japanese car imports. We don't have a big car lot or lots staff which means the cost does not get passed onto you the customer. We do use the same auction houses in Japan as everyone else with access to over 150,000 vehicles every week. We will supply you with low mileage vehicles in great condition. We will sell you the vehicle with 12 months MOT and 6 months tax and fully serviced ready to go.
This site is set up to let you look for the vehicle you want, you can browse through the auctions everyday if you want until you see something you like then let us know and we will bid on it for you. We also have a dedicated buyer in Japan who can source a car to your exacting specs if you can't find exactly what you are looking for. From there on we will sort everything out and keep you up to date on a weekly basis of your vehicles progress. When it arrives here we will ask for your insurance certificate so all the registration documents can be in your name and you will be the first registered UK owner not big fat corporate japimports.com.
We are not claiming to be the cheapest or the biggest but we do think that if we all want to carry on enjoying the Japanese car culture and importing these vehicles then we need to start taking some responsibility towards caring for the environment that we use them in. This does not mean we are encouraging you to rush out and build a reed bed toilet in your garden or cover your house in solar panels, we are just asking you to consider the amount of CO2 your new car will generate and try and offset this in any way you can.
We are trying to do our bit because we think it is important and because we want to, so any vehicle you buy from us will have had its entire journey from Japan to your door carbon offset by us, all we ask is that maybe you will carry this on, after all we import them because off a passion for driving fast Japanese cars and lets face it, that's probably why you are reading this thinking about buying one.
